At Roomly 3D, your privacy is our absolute priority. We built our app around the principle of strict on-device data processing.
1. Local Processing: All LiDAR tracking, point cloud generation, and spatial mesh building occur 100% locally on your iPhone or iPad hardware. We do not stealthily upload your private environments to the cloud.
2. Camera & Depth Data: The camera and LiDAR depth data are accessed strictly in real-time to generate your 3D meshes. These raw sensor feeds are never transmitted externally.
3. Future Cloud Features: In the future, we may offer opt-in cloud services (like 3D Gaussian Splatting training). Any such uploads will require your explicit, manual action per model.
